Is there a possibility to make a cologne which is at the same time an insect repellent?

if yes, what could be their common substances or chemicals? Is there a possibility to make a cologne which is at the same time an insect repellent?
Ask Avon. They accidentally came up with it in their ';skin so soft'; line.Is there a possibility to make a cologne which is at the same time an insect repellent?
I know that citronella (a lemon derivative I believe) is used in candles and some insect repelling products. So I would think you could use that in your cologne and have a bug-free time :).
hmm!!! sure if you like smelling like aeroguard lol... no seriously, here's my recipe.

200 ML Purified Water

50 drops lavender essential oil

30 drops Lemongrass essential oil

20 drops peppermint essential oil

20 drops eucalyptus essential oil

10 drops orange essential oil

10 drops cedarwood essential oil

Blend them all together and bottle it in a dark bottle, keep it away from the sun as the essential oils may loose their therapeutic properties.
They make scented insect repellent.
It could be but some of the scents used to create colognes attract insects and other creepy little so-and-so's so it might end up a little paradoxical
