just because it's safe for humans most certainly does not mean it's safe for a dog. dog's aren't human.





to be on the safe side just call your vet. they will be able to help you. products like frontline and advantage have a mosquito repellant in their product and are made for and safe for use on dogs. they also protect from fleas and ticks as well.
You do not ever want to spray chemicals on your dog. Just because it may be safe for humans to use does not always mean that animals can use it as well. You need to call your dog's veterinarian and ask about some recommendations for mosquito repellent for your dog.

Unless it states on the container that it is safe to use on pets or animals, I wouldn't use it on my dog.
